Professional Supervision in MCT

Collaborative, case-focused supervision for mental health professionals who wish to strengthen their use of MCT principles and refine their clinical work, with the aim of achieving effective outcomes for their clients

Supervision Formats

Your supervision is tailored to what will benefit you most, whether that means focusing on a single skill, exploring a complex case, or selecting the format that best supports your growth.

Sharpen Specific Skills

Confident with some metacognitive beliefs but find uncontrollability, danger, or detached mindfulness harder—we’ll refine these skills until they feel natural and effective.

2.

Case-Focused Planning

Bring cases that feel stuck or challenging. Together, we will create a targeted plan for how you can move the work forward and help your client make the changes you know they’re capable of

3.

Preferred Learning Style

Do you like roleplaying sequences until they flow easily? Or do you prefer detailed feedback on session videos? The supervision format is entirely up to you. It is designed to fit your style and help you progress faster.
